The list below is not a complete walkthrough of all the features in AmpJuke. The list rather outlines some of the essential things within the script. Click on a link in the list, if you need more information about a specific topic.

Easy installation (really!)
Scan and import tags from music files to a MySQL-database.
Music files can be stored outside 'doc-root' in any folder+subfolders on the server.
Upload music.
Download music.
Any mediaplayer that "understand" the .m3u-playlist format, can play the streamed music.
Automatically submit what's being streamed to last.fm. No plugin is needed.
Retrieve and store album covers automatically using a webservice from Amazon.
Random play with various options for "fair" rotation of tracks.
Display related performers using webservice from last.fm.
Stream music from related performers (similar to functionality from last.fm).
Manage personal music taste using favorites.
Share favorites with other users.
Transcode/downsample music on-the-fly to a lower bitrate using LAME.
Show what's playing currently and what's up next.
Themes, icons and several languages makes the 'look and feel' of AmpJuke a matter of personal preference.
Retrieve information about performers from any source, f.ex. Wikipedia.
Display lyrics for any song in your collection.
Edit track-, performer- and/or album-information.
